Role Description The BIM Architect will work in office in Ahmedabad in a full-time capacity, collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop and coordinate BIM models and project documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and refining architectural and construction drawings, maintaining accurate BIM models, and supporting clash detection and coordination with other disciplines.
The role involves preparing submittals and documentation aligned with project standards, ensuring design intent is correctly represented in models and drawings. The BIM Architect will also assist in optimizing workflows, implementing best practices for model reliability, and supporting timely delivery of design packages.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Architecture with experience developing Architectural Drawings.
- Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows for multidisciplinary coordination.
- Ability to produce and interpret detailed Construction Drawings aligned with project standards.
- Experience preparing and managing Submittals and related technical documentation.
- Degree in Architecture or a related field, with relevant professional experience in BIM-based projects.
- Familiarity with common BIM and CAD software .
- Attention to detail, strong spatial and technical understanding, and ability to meet deadlines in a collaborative environment.
- Effective communication skills and willingness to work on-site with cross-functional AEC teams.
