Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Billing Specialist based in Bhopal. The Billing Specialist will handle day-to-day tasks, including preparing accurate invoices, managing the end-to-end billing process, coordinating with clients regarding billing-related queries,



and ensuring timely submission of client bills. The role also involves verifying and tracking expenses, ensuring compliance with accounting practices, and maintaining accurate records of financial transactions.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Billing Processes, Invoicing, and Client Billing
- Robust Communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members
- Knowledge of Accounting principles and practices
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in billing and accounting software is a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience in the construction or infrastructure sectors is a plus
