About the Role
We are looking for a proficient BIM Architecture with min 3 to 5-years professional experience from similar industry to join our team in Gurgaon majorly with Finland projects.
Responsibilities
- Revit Modelling: Create, manage, and maintain highly detailed architectural Revit models across all design stages
- BIM Coordination: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (architecture, structure, MEP) to ensure model integration, accuracy,
and alignment with the BIM Execution Plan
- Template & Family Development: Develop and maintain Revit families, templates, and libraries that meet company and project standards.
- Strong understanding of BIM coordination, model management, and data exchange
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture, Architectural Engineering
- 3–5 years of qualified experience as a BIM Architect international experience, with health care, data centers, housing, terminals etc.
- Previous experience working in Swedish or Nordic.
Required Skills
- Master Auto CAD Civil 3D, Revit, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign , Adobe Photoshop
- Speaks and writes fluently in English
