Job Summary

Vinitas is looking for Billing Executive to join our KK Nagar branch. The ideal candidate should have basic computer knowledge, positive communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle daily customer billing and invoice generation.
- Process cash, UPI, card, and other payment transactions.
- Maintain accurate billing and payment records.
- Handle customer queries related to billing and payments.
- Coordinate with the salon team regarding services and billing.
- Perform daily cash and billing reconciliation.
- Maintain daily transaction records and reports.
- Ensure accuracy in billing and minimize billing discrepancies.
- Assist with front-office and other administrative activities when required.

Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Degree.
- Experience:



Fresher or 0–2 years of experience.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and data entry.
- Knowledge of billing software/POS systems will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should be responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Ability to handle customers professionally.
