Job Summary

Makin’s Supermart is looking for a responsible and customer-focused Billing Executive to manage the billing counter and ensure smooth, accurate and productive checkout operations.

The ideal candidate should have experience in retail billing, supermarket billing, POS operations or cashiering and be comfortable handling cash and digital payments.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate the POS/billing system and generate accurate customer invoices.
- Scan products and verify prices, quantities, discounts and promotional offers.
- Handle cash, UPI, credit/debit card and other payment methods.
- Maintain accurate cash collection and billing records.
- Handle customer queries related to billing, pricing, discounts and offers.
- Process product returns and exchanges according to store policy.
- Coordinate with store/floor staff regarding pricing, stock and promotional offers.
- Ensure the billing counter is clean, organized and properly maintained.
- Provide polite, professional and efficient customer service.
- Follow all company procedures related to billing,



cash handling and customer service.

Requirements
- Minimum 10th/12th pass; graduates are also welcome.
- 1–3 years of experience in supermarket, retail, grocery store, departmental store or similar billing/cashier role preferred.
- Experience with POS billing software is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong numerical and cash-handling abilities.
- Honest, punctual and responsible.
- Comfortable working in retail shifts, weekends and holidays when required.

Salary ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
