We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Billing Executive to handle billing, cash/UPI transactions, sales entries, and day-to-day retail counter operations. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and accuracy in handling financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare customer bills accurately using billing/POS software.

- Handle cash, UPI, card and other payment transactions.

- Verify prices, quantities, discounts and GST details before billing.

- Generate invoices and provide bills to customers.

- Maintain daily sales and billing records.

- Coordinate with the sales and accounts teams regarding billing-related issues.

- Handle returns, exchanges and credit notes as per company procedures.

- Maintain proper cash and payment records and support daily cash reconciliation.

- Check stock availability and coordinate with the store/warehouse team when required.





- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of invoices and supporting documents.

- Assist customers with billing-related queries in a polite and professional manner.

- Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the billing counter.

- Follow company policies and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

- Any Degree / Diploma relevant experience.

- 1–3 years of experience in retail billing, cashiering or similar roles.

- Knowledge of billing/POS software and basic MS Excel.

- Basic understanding of GST invoices and payment methods.

- Good numerical and calculation skills.

- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.

- Ability to work accurately under pressure.

- Honest, responsible and punctual.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
