Role Description The Billing Executive (B.Tech – Civil) will manage end-to-end billing activities for telecom and civil infrastructure projects, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing aligned with project contracts and work completion. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing bills based on site measurements and work orders, verifying quantities with project and site teams, and maintaining billing records and documentation. The role involves coordinating with finance and project stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies, monitoring payment status, and supporting periodic cost and revenue reporting.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore, requiring close collaboration with engineering and operations teams to ensure billing compliance with organizational standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Billing Process and Invoicing for civil/telecom infrastructure projects.




- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and basic Finance understanding for reviewing quantities, costs, and payment status.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with project, site, and finance teams and address billing queries.
- B.Tech in Civil Engineering or an equivalent engineering degree from a recognized institution.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and relevant billing or ERP software for data management and reporting.
- Attention to detail, ability to work with numerical data, and adherence to documentation and compliance requirements.
- Prior experience in billing for construction, telecom, or infrastructure projects will be an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Indore and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced project environment.
