Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end client billing & invoicing, including Customer Orders, monthly invoices, rate/quantity verification and invoice submission.
- Manage POs & contracts, including validity, utilization, renewals, rate revisions and extensions.
- Track payments, outstanding and ageing* and coordinate with clients for timely collections.
- Prepare manpower/salary billing and revised rate proposals as per approved rates/Basic + DA.




- Manage *employee expenses/petty cash and verify supporting documents.
- Prepare billing, outstanding and MIS reports using MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables & formulas).
- Coordinate with clients for GRNs, challans, invoice approvals, payment updates and billing discrepancies.
- Maintain billing records, supporting documents and ERP/internal trackers.

Ideal Candidate: Good knowledge of billing processes, Excel, client coordination, PO management and reconciliation, with solid attention to detail and follow-up skills. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
