Education: Mandatory: Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering)
Key Responsibilities
Preparation, verification, and certification of contractor RA bills and final bills.
Measurement and validation of executed quantities as per drawings, BOQ, and work orders.
Conduct Quantity Surveying (QS) activities, including quantity take-offs and reconciliation.
Analyze budgeted costs versus actual expenditures and identify cost variances.
Prepare variance reports and provide insights on cost deviations and corrective actions.
Monitor contractor claims, change orders, and extra item evaluations. Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and contractors for bill approvals and quantity confirmations.
Ensure compliance with contractual terms, work orders, and payment milestones.
Maintain billing records, measurement sheets, and cost tracking reports.
Support project cost planning and forecasting activities. Key Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of contractor billing and bill certification.
Proficiency in Quantity Surveying and BOQ analysis.
Good understanding of budget vs actual variance analysis and cost control.
Familiarity with residential construction methodologies and materials. Knowledge of rate analysis and reconciliation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and billing/cost management tools.
Strong analytical and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy. Preferred Software Knowledge

ERP / Project Cost Management Software
Microsoft Project (preferred) Desired Candidate Profile
5–7 years of relevant experience in contractor billing and QS in residential real estate projects.
Strong understanding of cost monitoring and variance analysis.
Ability to interpret drawings, BOQs, and contracts.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced project environment.
