Job Summary

SPD Constructions Limited is looking for an experienced Engineer – Billing with 5–7 years of relevant experience in high-rise building and industrial construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, measurement verification, subcontractor billing, bill certification, reconciliation, and coordination with site and accounts teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare quantity sheets based on site measurements, drawings, and actual work executed.
- Prepare and review BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and bills as per tender specifications and approved item rates.
- Prepare, verify, and process subcontractor bills.
- Take and verify measurements in coordination with Site Engineers and execution teams.
- Review quantities and ensure accuracy of items included in bills.
- Check and certify contractor, subcontractor, and vendor bills/invoices.
- Verify measurements against drawings, BOQ, site records, and actual work executed.
- Ensure proper bill certification as per company procedures and project requirements.
- Coordinate with the Accounts Department and follow up on payment processing.
- Prepare reconciliation statements for quantities, materials,



and billing-related records.
- Ensure all billing activities are carried out in accordance with company protocols, contractual requirements, and approved procedures.
- Maintain proper documentation and records related to measurements, bills, certifications, and reconciliations.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of construction billing and quantity surveying.
- Valuable understanding of BOQ, rate analysis, measurements, subcontractor billing, and bill certification.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Project.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and reconciliation skills.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage billing activities at project sites.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Qualification: BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 5–7 years of relevant experience in high-rise building and industrial construction.
- Candidates with strong experience in subcontractor billing, quantity measurement, bill verification, and certification will be preferred.
- Willingness to work at project locations across Pan India.
- Coordinate with site, planning, contracts, procurement, and accounts teams for timely billing and payment processes.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
