Role Description The Billing Engineer Civil is a full time, on-site role based in Noida. This position is responsible for preparing and verifying bills for civil works, coordinating with project and site teams to collect measurement data, and ensuring timely submission of running and final bills to clients and internal stakeholders.

The role includes performing quantity take-offs from drawings, preparing BOQs, conducting rate analysis, and supporting quantity surveying activities to control project costs.





The Billing Engineer

Civil will also assist in maintaining billing records, resolving billing discrepancies, and contributing to accurate project reporting and documentation.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in BOQ preparation and quantity surveying to support accurate project billing and cost estimation.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in billing systems and rate analysis to ensure correct invoicing and cost control for civil works.
- Candidates should possess solid analytical skills to review measurements, validate quantities, and identify inconsistencies in bills and documentation.
- Candidates should possess working knowledge of civil engineering standards, drawings, and construction methodologies.
- Candidates should possess experience with MS Excel and relevant billing or ERP software for documentation and reporting.
- Candidates should possess a diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with prior experience in billing or quantity surveying preferred.
- Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with site and project teams.
