Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quantity take-offs and BOQs.
- Prepare contractor and subcontractor bills.
- Verify site measurements and quantities.
- Prepare construction cost estimates.
- Conduct rate analysis and cost calculations.
- Compare actual quantities with approved BOQs.
- Coordinate with site engineers and contractors.
- Maintain billing and estimation records.
- Prepare cost statements and reports.
- Monitor project material and quantity requirements.
