A billing engineer manages the financial and contractual paperwork for construction projects, preparing invoices, tracking site measurements, and reconciling material use.

Key Responsibilities

- Bill Preparation: Create Running Account (RA) bills, advance bills, and final project bills for clients and subcontractors.

- Quantity Verification: Measure site work against blueprints and drawings to verify exact amounts.

- BOQ Management: Prepare and update the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and handle rate analysis for extra or non-tender items.

- Material Reconciliation: Track building materials used on site against expected consumption.

- Record Keeping: Maintain measurement books, work orders, and approval documentation to prevent payment delays.

Requirements & Skills

- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant field.

- Technical Knowledge: Robust grasp of estimation, costing, Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), and rate analysis.

- Standards: Familiarity with standard measurement codes.

- Communication: Ability to coordinate smoothly with site managers, contractors, and finance teams

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
