Role & responsibilities

- Prepare, review, and submit client bills as per project progress and contractual terms.

- Verify contractor/vendor bills, measurement sheets, and work orders.

- Ensure timely certification of bills and coordination with site/project teams.

- Maintain detailed records of quantities, rates, and variations.

- Reconcile material and labor costs with actual site execution.

- Assist in preparation of RA (Running Account) bills, final bills, and certification.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and project timelines.

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering (or related field).

- Strong knowledge of billing, estimation, and quantity surveying.

- Familiarity with contracts, BOQ, and project documentation.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billing-related software.

- Valuable analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
