Role & responsibilities

Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules, work plans, and timelines in coordination with the project/site team.

Monitor project progress against the approved schedule and identify delays, bottlenecks, and critical activities.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and update project trackers.

Prepare BOQ, quantity take-offs, rate analysis, and project cost estimates.

Prepare and verify RA Bills, subcontractor bills, client bills, and measurement sheets as per executed quantities.

Verify quantities at site and ensure billing is aligned with approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and actual work executed.

Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, consultants, and clients for measurements, billing, and project progress.

Track material consumption, manpower deployment, productivity, and resource requirements.

Prepare MIS reports, cash-flow projections, cost monitoring reports, and reconciliation statements.

Monitor project costs against budget and highlight cost variations and deviations.





Assist in preparation and submission of monthly client bills and subcontractor bills.

Maintain records of work orders, BOQ revisions, variation orders, extra items, and change orders.

Coordinate with the execution team to collect site data and update project schedules and billing records.

Support project management in planning, cost control, billing, and commercial coordination.

Ensure timely submission of project reports, bills, and supporting documents.

Required Skills

Solid knowledge of project planning, quantity estimation, BOQ, billing, and cost control.

Hands-on experience in RA Bills, subcontractor billing, client billing, measurements, and quantity take-offs.

Knowledge of MS Project / Primavera P6 and MS Excel.

Understanding of civil construction drawings, BOQ, specifications, and contract documents.

Good coordination and communication skills.

Experience in industrial, warehouse, commercial, infrastructure, or building construction projects will be preferred.
