Job Title: Project Manager

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Managing the entire product line life cycle
- Defining the requirement specifications from the business side for the development team • Defining and tracking KPIs for each service
- Specifying and prioritizing product and customer requirements
- Co-ordinating and prioritizing the product backlog with the Engineering Development team
- Manage project delivery and timelines

Requirements

- Proficiency in Japanese Language (JLPT N2 certified)
- 5 years of overall experience 2 years of product/project management related experience)
- People management experience

Experience in web application project management
- Possess KPI management knowledge/experience
- Excellent communication skills to enable stakeholder management
- High problem-solving skill that able to understand different business and provide data driven solutions
- Ability to meet tough deadlines, handle stress, and have positive judgment
- Ability to manage cross functional development team

Desired Qualifications

- Experience in using confluence page & JIRA, Agile certification
- Scrum master
- PMP
