Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Bid Specialist role based in Pimpri Chinchwad.

The Bid

Specialist will manage end-to-end bid and tender processes, including identifying opportunities, reviewing tender documents, and coordinating internal inputs to develop competitive proposals. Day-to-day work includes preparing and structuring bid responses, drafting and refining technical and commercial proposals, and ensuring compliance with client requirements and company standards. The role involves close collaboration with sales, operations, finance,



and technical teams to gather accurate information and costings, as well as maintaining bid trackers, documentation, and submission timelines.

The Bid

Specialist will also support post-submission follow-ups, respond to clarifications, and contribute to continuous improvement of bidding strategies and templates.

ANNUAL CTC :- 7,80,000 /-

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Bid Processes and Tender Management, including familiarity with government and private sector tendering.
- Candidates should possess hands-on experience in Bid Preparation and Proposal Writing, with the ability to tailor responses to diverse industry sectors.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including explicit written business English and effective stakeholder coordination.
- Experience with documentation control, data analysis, and MS Office (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is highly beneficial.
- Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work under strict deadlines in a structured, process-driven environment are essential.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, commerce, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in bidding or tender coordination is an advantage.
- Understanding of facility management, infrastructure, manufacturing, automotive, or renewable energy sectors will be considered an added benefit.
