PURPOSE
IQ needs dedicated offshore capacity to own the bid and tender pipeline — pre-qualifying opportunities, coordinating inputs, and drafting responses — so partners and senior personnel spend less time on process and more time on delivery and client work.
FULL PROFILE (WHAT WE'RE ULTIMATELY LOOKING FOR)
- Pre-qualify inbound RFPs and tenders against IQ's target sectors and win-probability criteria
- Coordinate with senior personnel and partners to gather technical input for qualification and response
- Draft and manage tender and framework responses end-to-end
- Build and maintain a standardised library of capability write-ups, case studies, and reusable content
- Independently draft responses to simple/standard Data & AI RFPs without SME input
- Escalate only complex or specialised requirements to internal experts and partners
- Own quality and consistency of the full proposal function
ENTRY PROFILE (ACCEPTABLE STARTING POINT) If a candidate doesn't yet have hands-on Data & AI or proposal-writing depth, we will still hire against the core bid-coordination scope above — the first five bullets — with the expectation that Data & AI fluency is built on the job over the next 6–12 months.
PROFILE / REQUIREMENTS
- Strong written English, structured thinker, deadline-driven
- Bid, proposal, or tender background preferred; Data & AI or IT services sector exposure a solid plus
- Comfortable working async with UK-based partners and SMEs
