Job Summary:

We are looking for a Power BI / BI Frontend professional with strong expertise in dashboard design, UI/UX, and data visualization. The role involves translating business requirements and raw data into professional, intuitive, and visually engaging Power BI dashboards and reports. You will work closely with business stakeholders, Data Analysts, and BI Developers to understand reporting requirements, improve existing dashboards, and establish reusable Power BI templates and visualization standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design high-quality Power BI dashboards and reports with a strong focus on UI/UX.
- Transform business requirements and raw data into intuitive and visually engaging dashboards.
- Define dashboard layouts, navigation, themes, color palettes, typography, and visualization standards.
- Create executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, analytical reports, and interactive visualizations.
- Apply Power BI visualization best practices to improve usability and data storytelling.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into effective visual designs.




- Review and redesign existing reports to improve look, feel, usability, and business impact.
- Create reusable Power BI templates, themes, and design standards.
- Collaborate with Data Analysts and BI Developers to ensure the visual design is effectively implemented.

Required Skills:

- 5+ years of Power BI experience, with strong focus on report/dashboard design.
- Expert knowledge of Power BI visualizations, layouts, themes, bookmarks, drill-through, tooltips, and navigation.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and data visualization best practices.
- Ability to create polished, modern, and executive-level dashboards.
- Good understanding of Power BI data models and DAX to work effectively with technical teams.
- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to demonstrate a portfolio of Power BI dashboards/reports showcasing UI/UX capabilities.

Nice To Have:

- Experience creating enterprise-wide BI design systems and visualization standards.
- Banking, Retail, or other enterprise domain experience.
- Experience designing dashboards for senior leadership/executive audiences.
