Were looking for a Bid & Proposal Executive based in India to support our UK recruitment and RPO business.This is a writing and content-focused role. Youll work closely with UK sales, solutions and leadership teams to help prepare high-quality RFP responses, tenders, proposals and client presentations.You will not present to clients yourself your role is to support the preparation of the content and materials used by our UK teams.
What you’ll do
- Support the preparation of RFP, tender and proposal responses
- Write clear, persuasive and commercially relevant content
- Help structure and improve proposal responses
- Prepare polished PowerPoint presentations and pitch decks for client meetings
- Work with UK stakeholders to gather information, case studies and supporting content
- Tailor proposals and presentations to specific client requirements
- Help maintain and improve our bid content, case studies and credentials library
- Check submissions for accuracy, consistency and presentation quality
- Support multiple proposals and deadlines across the UK business
Experience we’re looking for: You’ll have experience working on bids, proposals, tenders, RFP responses or similar client-facing business content.
You should have
- Experience producing B2B proposals, tenders or sales materials
- Excellent written English, with the ability to write clearly for a UK business audience
- Strong PowerPoint skills and a good eye for presentation quality
- The ability to take information from different stakeholders and turn it into clear content
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organisation and time-management skills
- Confidence working with colleagues across different teams
- Experience supporting UK, European or international clients would be an advantage
Sector background: Experience within recruitment, RPO, MSP, staffing or HR services would be highly desirable, but is not essential.We are also interested in candidates from sectors such as:

The key requirement is the ability to produce clear, professional and persuasive client-facing content. The role: This position is based in India and works exclusively with our UK business and UK clients.You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues in the UK, so flexibility to provide positive overlap with UK working hours will be important.We’re looking for someone who enjoys writing, has strong attention to detail and can take information from different sources and turn it into professional proposals and presentations that support our RPO activities.
