We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst with solid expertise in SQL, Power BI, DAX, Power Query, MIS Reporting, and Data Visualization .
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets from company servers and databases.
- Write advanced SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports .
- Create automated MIS reports and management dashboards .
- Work extensively with DAX and Power Query .
- Develop dashboards using Google Looker Studio .
- Integrate multiple data sources and automate reporting workflows.
- Analyze BPO / Call Center operational data and track KPIs.
- Monitor productivity, performance, attendance, sales, quality, and operational metrics.
- Convert raw data into meaningful business and management insights .
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reporting reliability.
- Work with Operations and Management teams to identify trends and performance gaps.
