Role Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong experience in Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions using BeyondTrust, Privileged Remote Access (PRA), IAM, and AD. The role is responsible for the design, implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of privileged access solutions, ensuring secure, controlled, and auditable access for privileged identities, sessions, and remote users. The SME will support enterprise security initiatives by enforcing Zero Trust and least privilege principles while serving as the escalation point for PAM-related operations and governance.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and manage Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions using BeyondTrust.
- Configure and maintain Privileged Remote Access (PRA) solutions for internal users and third-party vendors.
- Manage privileged account onboarding, credential vaulting, and password rotation activities.
- Configure and maintain privileged session monitoring, management, and recording capabilities.
- Implement secure privileged access controls aligned with Zero Trust and least privilege principles.
- Define and enforce role-based access control (RBAC) models for privileged users.
- Integrate BeyondTrust platforms with AD and other enterprise identity services.
- Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to support enterprise IAM initiatives and privileged access governance.




- Perform advanced troubleshooting and provide L3 support for PAM and privileged access issues.
- Conduct privileged access reviews, audits, and security assessments.
- Develop and maintain PAM standards, policies, procedures, runbooks, and technical documentation.
- Support compliance requirements and security controls aligned with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Partner with Security, SOC, Network, and Infrastructure teams to improve privileged access security posture.
- Drive continuous improvement, optimization, and operational excellence across PAM environments.
