Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced BeyondTrust Password Safe professional to manage PAM operations, implementation, onboarding, troubleshooting, integrations, and production support.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support BeyondTrust Password Safe
- Lead onboarding of applications, servers, and privileged accounts
- Configure Smart Rules, Discovery, Assets, Directory Queries, Access Policies & Password Policies
- Troubleshoot complex PAM issues and perform RCA
- Manage integrations and API-based automation
- Handle upgrades, patches, hotfixes and platform releases
- Support session recording, logging and reporting
- Participate in incident, change and CAB activities
- Create SOPs, runbooks, KBs and onboarding documentation
- Coordinate with clients, vendors and internal teams
- Support audits, training and knowledge transfer
