We are hiring experienced Electrical and Civil Engineers for BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) projects across PAN India. Candidates will be responsible for project execution, site coordination, quality monitoring, documentation and progress tracking.

Electrical Engineer – Key Responsibilities

- Execute BESS electrical installation activities at project sites.
- Coordinate electrical equipment installation, testing and commissioning.
- Inspect cables, panels and electrical systems.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors and project teams.
- Monitor QA/QC activities and site progress.
- Maintain project documentation and site reports.
- Ensure electrical works are executed as per approved drawings and project requirements.

Civil Engineer – Key Responsibilities
- Execute civil construction activities for BESS projects.
- Supervise foundations, equipment bases and associated civil works.
- Coordinate site development and infrastructure activities.
- Coordinate with contractors and project teams.




- Monitor construction quality and site progress.
- Maintain project documentation and site reports.
- Ensure civil works are executed as per approved drawings and project requirements.

Required Qualifications
- Electrical Engineer: Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Civil Engineer: Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Relevant BESS project experience is preferred.
- Strong site execution and coordination skills.
- Valuable understanding of QA/QC and project documentation.
- Willingness to work at project locations across India.
