- 810 years of relevant experience in BESS, Electrical Design, Renewable Energy or Power Systems.

- Strong working knowledge of Battery Container, BMS, PCS, EMS/PPC and BESS Grid Integration.

- Experience in Solar + BESS and/or Wind + BESS projects; Hybrid/FDRE/RTC experience will be an advantage.

- Ability to evaluate new battery technologies, PCS, EMS/PPC and other BESS BoP equipment.

- Strong knowledge of transformers, HT/MV switchgear, cables, protection, earthing and SCADA.

- Ability to prepare/review SLDs, equipment specifications, design calculations and BOQ/BOM.

- Good understanding of Indian grid requirements, CEA/CERC/IEGC/CTUIL/MOP requirements and applicable international BESS standards.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, ETAP and PVSyst; knowledge of DIgSILENT/PSCAD/PSSE or equivalent will be an advantage.

- Solid analytical, technical evaluation, documentation and stakeholder-management skills.

- Ability to work effectively across Engineering, Project and Regulatory functions.

- Project/site-based travel may be required depending on project requirements.
