Role Description

This is a full time, on-site Bench Sales Recruiter role based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh . The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for marketing and placing bench candidates, identifying suitable requirements from job portals and professional networks, and submitting qualified profiles to clients and vendors.

Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with consulting partners, vendors, and direct clients; negotiating rates and terms; submitting candidates; and following up proactively to convert submissions into interviews and placements.

The role involves coordinating interviews,



managing the recruitment lifecycle for bench resources, maintaining accurate records of submissions and placements, and providing regular updates to internal stakeholders. The Bench Sales Recruiter will collaborate closely with account managers and leadership to achieve placement targets while maintaining a professional and candidate-focused approach.

Qualifications
- 6 Months – 2 Years of experience in US IT Staffing / Bench Sales.
- Strong Bench Sales and candidate marketing skills.
- Knowledge of US IT staffing requirements and recruitment processes.
- Experience with candidate submissions, follow-ups, interviews, and placements.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, consulting partners, and recruiters.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Knowledge of W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models.
- Familiarity with US visa categories such as H1B, Green Card, and US Citizen .
- Experience using Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn , and other sourcing/recruitment platforms.
- Strong follow-up, time-management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven US staffing environment.
- Willingness to work the US Night Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST) .
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
