About the Role

Cyber Skill Nexus Corp is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Bench Sales Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing IT professionals on bench, connecting with vendors and clients, generating requirements, and coordinating the candidate submission and interview process.

Key Responsibilities

- Market and promote bench candidates to potential vendors, clients, and implementation partners.
- Work with candidates available on W2, C2C, and Full-Time opportunities.
- Identify suitable IT requirements from vendor portals, LinkedIn, job boards, and other staffing channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with US IT vendors, recruiters, implementation partners, and clients.
- Negotiate pay rates, bill rates, and other engagement terms when applicable.
- Submit qualified candidates against relevant job requirements.
- Coordinate with recruiters and account managers regarding candidate submissions and requirements.
- Follow up regularly on submitted resumes and candidate status.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain accurate candidate and submission records in Excel/ATS/CRM systems.
- Track daily marketing activities, submissions, interviews, and placements.
- Develop and maintain a strong vendor database and professional network.
- Understand candidate skills, experience, location, work authorization, availability, and job preferences.
- Market candidates across relevant technology areas such as Cybersecurity, IAM, Cloud, Java, .NET, DevOps, Data, QA, Network, and IT Support.




- Negotiate opportunities and help maximize interview and placement opportunities for bench candidates.
- Maintain professional communication through email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and other business channels.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly marketing/submission targets.

Required Skills

- Valuable understanding of US IT Staffing and Recruitment.
- Knowledge of Bench Sales / IT Sales processes.
- Understanding of W2, C2C, 1099, C2H and Full-Time hiring models.
- Basic understanding of US work authorization such as USC, GC, GC EAD, H1B, H4 EAD, OPT, STEM OPT, CPT, and EAD.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn and job portals.
- Ability to build and maintain vendor relationships.
- Good email-writing and follow-up skills.
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets is preferred.
