- Position: Bench Sales Recruiter
- Location: Sector 63, Noida (Near Sector 62 Metro Station)
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Work Mode: Work From Office
- Shift: US Night Shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Weekends: Saturday and Sunday Off
- Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month (In-Hand) + Performance Incentives
- Cab Facility: One-Way Drop (Office to Home)
Key Responsibilities
- Market bench consultants to US implementation partners, prime vendors, and direct clients.
- Source new vendor contacts through cold calling, emails, and professional networking.
- Submit consultant profiles to suitable job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between consultants and clients.
- Negotiate rates and contract terms with vendors.
- Follow up on submissions, interviews, and placement status.
- Maintain consultant availability, vendor databases, and daily activity reports.
- Work closely with internal recruitment and sales teams to achieve placement targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent English communication (spoken and written).
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence in communicating with US-based clients and vendors.
- Good email drafting and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced US night shift environment.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

- Candidates with up to 1 year of US Staffing or Bench Sales experience are preferred.
