We are looking for an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter with 7 years of experience in marketing bench consultants and placing them with direct clients and vendors. The candidate should have strong vendor relations and experience in US staffing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market bench consultants (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT) to vendors and direct clients
- Strong experience in working with Tier-1 vendors and implementation partners
- Submit consultant profiles to open requirements and follow up for interview schedules
- Negotiate pay rates with vendors and clients
- Maintain daily communication with vendors and consultants
- Track submissions, interviews, and placements
- Maintain vendor database and build new vendor relationships
- Ensure quick placement of bench consultants
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in US Bench Sales
- Good knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
- Solid vendor network and marketing skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience using job portals like Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in any field
- Ability to work in US shift / night shift
