Arbor Bloom Care Center is a child development and therapy centre in Ejipura, Bengaluru, providing individualised developmental and therapeutic support for children with Autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, sensory and developmental needs.Our centre provides dedicated spaces for Behaviour/ABA Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy and structured developmental activities in a child-friendly environment.Location: Ashwini Layout, Ejipura, Bengaluru, Karnataka – 560047

Key Responsibilities

· Provide individualised behaviour and developmental intervention to children.

· Implement therapy programmes under appropriate clinical/supervisory guidance.

· Work with children with Autism, ADHD and other developmental/behavioural needs.

· Conduct structured one-to-one therapy sessions.

· Work on communication, social, adaptive, functional and behavioural goals as applicable.

· Maintain accurate session notes and therapy records.





· Collect and record behavioural/therapy data.

· Implement reinforcement and behaviour-management strategies appropriately.

· Communicate professionally with parents regarding session observations and progress.

· Coordinate with Speech, Occupational Therapy and other professionals.

· Follow child-safety, confidentiality and centre policies.

· Assist in developing and implementing individualised therapy goals.
