RoleWe are looking for a Beauty Consultant who is passionate about beauty, skincare, wellness, and customer experience. The role involves providing personalized product recommendations, delivering an exceptional in-store experience, and driving retail sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable beauty, skincare, bath & body, and wellness products.
- Explain product benefits, ingredients, usage, and routines.
- Drive sales through consultative selling, upselling, and cross-selling.




- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
- Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support.
- Maintain product displays, store hygiene, and visual merchandising standards.
- Stay updated on new products, launches, ingredients, and beauty trends.
- Support store promotions, sampling, and brand activities.

Requirements
- Experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, luxury retail, wellness, or hospitality preferred.
- Solid communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of skincare, beauty products, and ingredients.
- Passion for beauty and delivering premium customer experiences.
- Strong sales and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed, confident, and comfortable working in a retail environment.
