We are looking for an experienced Centre Beauty Head to lead our Beauty team and manage centre-level Beauty operations, sales, customer satisfaction, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily Beauty centre operations and ensure SOP compliance.
- Lead and develop the Beauty team to achieve performance and service standards.
- Achieve Beauty service, product sales, and profitability targets.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and resolve client concerns.
- Monitor Beauty services, appointments, client follow-ups, and package execution.
- Ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness, equipment handling, and stock management.
- Drive upselling and cross-selling of Beauty, Derma, and related services.
- Conduct team meetings, training, work allocation, and staff development.
- Coordinate with the Centre Head and Corporate team as required.
Requirements
- Doctor / Dermatologist / Cosmetologist with additional knowledge in Skin & Hair.
- Minimum 4–7 years of relevant experience in the Beauty industry.
- Strong Beauty/Skin/Hair technical knowledge.
- Good sales, communication, leadership, and people-management skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts and handle additional responsibilities.
