- Develop beads, pearls, stones, sequins, and embroidery designs for women’s wear.

- Create current embroidery concepts based on current fashion trends and customer requirements.

- Prepare embroidery layouts, placements, motifs, and design details for garments.

- Coordinate with fashion designers, punchers, mockers, and production teams.

- Select suitable beads, stones, pearls, threads, and other embellishment materials.

- Ensure correct color combination, size, placement, density, and finishing.

- Prepare designs suitable for sampling and bulk production.

- Review embroidery samples and suggest corrections wherever required.

- Maintain design records, samples, references, and approved designs.

- Ensure designs are completed within the assigned timeline and cost requirements.

- Stay updated with new embroidery techniques, embellishment trends, and market designs.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
