Qualifications

- Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for engaging with decision-makers across organizations.

- Analytical and planning skills to develop strategies, set targets, and monitor business growth and market trends.

- Comfort using CRM tools, MS Office, and digital channels to manage pipelines and support business outreach.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, HR, or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.

- Prior experience in B2B sales, consulting, or HR services preferred, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
