G’Day Broadcast is a growing digital marketing agency working with businesses across Australia. We help businesses generate more leads, improve their online visibility and grow through SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media management, website development, content marketing and digital strategy .

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our sales team and help us acquire new Australian business clients.

About the Role

As a BDM, you will be responsible for identifying potential business clients, connecting with decision-makers, understanding their digital marketing requirements and converting qualified opportunities into clients.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident speaking with business owners, understands sales and enjoys working towards targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Prospect and identify potential business clients across Australia.
- Conduct outbound calls and follow up with prospective clients.
- Speak directly with business owners and key decision-makers.




- Understand a prospect’s business, current marketing activities and challenges.
- Identify opportunities for SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media, websites and other digital marketing services.
- Present G’Day Broadcast’s services and explain how they can support business growth.
- Book qualified meetings and demonstrations with prospects.
- Follow up consistently with leads and opportunities.
- Prepare proposals and quotations where required.
- Negotiate and close current business.
- Maintain accurate lead and sales information in the CRM.
- Keep all sales activities, follow-ups and meeting outcomes updated in the CRM.
- Work closely with Account Managers and the delivery team during the onboarding process.
- Meet and consistently work towards monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and identify opportunities for additional services.
