Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in field sales, business development, and client relationship management.

- Candidates should possess skills in communication, negotiation, and presentation to effectively explain HR solutions and close deals.

- Candidates should possess skills in basic market research, opportunity identification, and sales reporting.

- Candidates should possess skills in time management, territory planning, and self-organization for on-site visits.

- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field are preferred.

- Prior experience in B2B sales, HR services, or consulting will be an advantage.

- Ability to work independently in the field, meet targets, and maintain a skilled demeanor with clients is required.

- Proficiency in local language and English, along with basic computer skills (CRM tools, MS Office), is beneficial.
