Role Overview

We are looking for a BD cum HR qualified who can manage both corporate client acquisition and internal recruitment support.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new companies for our HR consultancy and recruitment services, while also supporting the internal team in day-to-day hiring activities.

The ideal candidate should be able to onboard approximately 1-2 new corporate clients every month.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Client Onboarding

- Identify and approach companies requiring HR consultancy and recruitment services.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, networking, references, databases, and other channels.
- Connect with HR Heads, TA Heads, Founders, CXOs, and decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and explain the company's HR/recruitment services.
- Manage the complete client acquisition and onboarding process.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and ensure regular follow-ups.
- Target approximately 12 new client/company onboardings per month.
- Experience in onboarding international/overseas companies will be an added advantage.

Internal HR & Recruitment Support
- Support the internal recruitment team in end-to-end hiring activities.
- Understand internal hiring requirements and coordinate with recruiters.
- Source and screen candidates through job portals,



LinkedIn, references, and other channels.
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews.
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and interviewers.
- Assist in offer discussions, documentation, and onboarding coordination.
- Maintain candidate trackers and ensure timely updates on hiring progress.
- Support the team in improving the overall recruitment process.

Candidate Profile
- 2+ years of experience in Business Development, HR Consultancy, Recruitment, Staffing, or related areas.
- Prior experience in corporate client acquisition/onboarding is preferred.
- Should have an understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
- Strong communication, networking, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable handling both client-facing BD activities and internal recruitment responsibilities.
- Candidates with experience in onboarding international/overseas clients will be preferred.
