Job Summary

We are looking for an innovative, quick-learning, and energetic Business Development Executive (0-2 years of Experience) who is eager to learn and manage online bidding operations, client communication, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform online bidding on major IT portals such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and Craigslist.
- Leverage LinkedIn and other social platforms to identify business opportunities and generate new leads.
- Handle client requirements, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and build strong client relationships.
- Conduct technical requirement discussions and calls with international clients (via Skype/Zoom).
- Draft compelling proposals,



prepare project costings, negotiate terms, and define project timelines and release packages.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Freshers with a strong passion for IT sales and business development are welcome.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Innovative mindset with quick learning abilities.
- Basic understanding of IT technologies (Web & Mobile app development processes).
