P2B Services (Point To Business Services) is a B2B data intelligence and lead generation company based in Kanchipuram, serving clients across the US, UK, Middle East, APAC, and Africa. We're hiring a Business Development Executive with strong international sales, cold calling, and communication skills to join our growing sales team.

The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with excellent written English, strong cold-calling ability, and prior exposure to international sales, who can build client relationships and drive revenue growth across global markets.

Responsibilities

- Generate new business leads through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting
- Handle international sales calls with clients across the US, UK, Middle East, and APAC regions
- Pitch B2B data and lead generation services to prospective clients
- Write clear, professional sales emails, proposals, and follow-ups
- Convert leads into qualified sales opportunities and meetings
- Maintain CRM records of calls, leads, and follow-ups
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets




- Coordinate with internal teams for lead qualification and reporting

Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in business development, international sales, or cold calling
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Solid cold calling and objection-handling skills
- Experience in international voice process, BPO, or B2B sales preferred
- Confident, target-driven, and self-motivated
- Working knowledge of MS Office and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
