Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound cold calls to potential clients and generate business leads.

- Identify and research recent prospects through calls, LinkedIn, email, and other channels.

- Generate, qualify, and maintain leads in the company database/CRM.

- Understand client requirements and introduce relevant company products and services.

- Schedule meetings and follow up with potential clients.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and prospects.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

- Achieve monthly and weekly lead generation and business development targets.

- Maintain daily reports of calls, leads, follow-ups, and meetings.

- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth client onboarding and further processing.

Required Skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong cold calling and lead generation skills.

- Confident and professional approach while communicating with clients.

- Good negotiation and convincing skills.

- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, LinkedIn, and email communication.

- Ability to handle follow-ups and work with targets.

- Self-motivated and proactive attitude.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
