- Tech-Savvy / Software Knowledge (Preferred): You don't need to code, but knowing the difference between a mobile app, a website, and a cloud solution will give you a massive head start. A background in IT/CS or a strong interest in technology is a huge plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Work schedule: Willing to work on weekends with weekdays off, and night shift flexibility is a plus.
- Attitude: High energy, resilience, and a solid willingness to learn fast.
- Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients (startups, enterprises,
or SMBs) who need software development services.
- Outreach: Initiate contact through cold emailing, LinkedIn networking, Upwork, and follow-up calls.
- Pitching: Understand client requirements and present DotLinker's technical capabilities clearly.
- Relationship Building: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospects and existing clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our technical team to understand project scopes and create accurate proposals.
