Candidates with 2–5 years of sales or business development experience are preferred. Enthusiastic freshers with strong communication skills, confidence and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
This role requires frequent field visits and travel across India. The candidate must own a two-wheeler, hold a valid driving licence and be comfortable with extensive PAN India travel.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify and develop recent business opportunities across assigned markets and territories.
· Generate leads through field visits, networking, references, cold calling and other business development activities.
· Meet prospective customers and understand their business requirements.
· Present and explain the company’s products/services and value proposition to customers.
· Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and follow up with prospective clients.
· Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
· Negotiate commercial terms and support the closure of sales opportunities.
· Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
· Conduct regular customer and market visits.
· Travel across India as required for customer meetings and business development.
· Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements, order execution, delivery and after-sales support.
