Role: Business Development Executive / Lead Generation Specialist

Work Mode: Remote / WFH

Experience: 1–3+ years preferred

Fixed Salary: Up to ₹20,000/month

Incentives: High performance-based incentives on successful deal closures

JASIQ Labs is looking for a result-oriented Business Development professional who can generate quality leads and help build a consistent sales pipeline for our software development services.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate qualified leads through Upwork, LinkedIn, cold outreach, email, and other channels
- Manage and grow the company's Upwork profile/account
- Identify relevant software development projects and submit high-quality proposals
- Research potential clients and decision-makers
- Initiate conversations and follow up with prospects consistently
- Coordinate with the technical team for proposals, estimates, demos, and client discussions
- Maintain proper lead and follow-up tracking
- Work toward monthly lead generation and revenue targets
- Explore new channels and strategies for acquiring international and Indian clients

What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in Upwork bidding and lead generation
- Understanding of IT/software development services
- Positive written and verbal communication




- Ability to understand client requirements and convert them into opportunities
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
- Self-driven and comfortable working with measurable targets
- Experience generating leads from the US, UK, UAE, Europe, or other international markets is a plus

Compensation Fixed: Up to ₹20,000/month, depending on experience and capability

Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives for successfully converted business

We are looking for someone who wants to earn beyond the fixed salary through performance and successful deal closures.
