- To study the Tender Documents and Drawings.

- To conduct Site Surveys.

- To float the inquiries for bought out items & to do follow ups with the vendor.

- Getting quotation from material suppliers and subcontractors.

- Material Analysis from the BOQ.

- Working out of basic rates of various materials.

- To do item rate analysis as per Tender BOQ.

- Co-ordination with different department for their inputs required for the Tendering purpose.

- Estimation of working cost of Tender.

- To work out Overheads & loading patterns.

- To get the complete working checked by GM (BD & Tender) and modify the same accordingly.

- Prepare the technical submittals documents for tender submission.

- To participate in Review Meetings with the Management.

- To attend the Tender Opening Meetings with Client/ Consultants.

- To create database for the different materials, labour rates prevailing in different areas, use rates of construction equipment and taxation etc.

- Attending Pre-Bid meetings for Tender.

- Quantity Estimation for preparation of BOQ.

- To ensure proper and timely submissions of Tender.

- To follow ISO procedures pertaining to Tendering functions.

- To prepare Technical Documents.
