Job Title: Business Development Manager / Senior BDM – IT Solutions & Enterprise Sales

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 4–12 Years

CTC: ₹5– 20 LPA, based on experience and role

Role Overview We are looking for experienced Business Development professionals with strong B2B/Enterprise Sales experience in the technology/IT solutions space.

The role will focus on new business development, client acquisition, solution selling, account management and revenue generation .

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities and enterprise accounts.
- Generate leads, build sales pipeline and drive opportunities from prospecting to closure.
- Handle B2B/enterprise clients and engage with IT Heads, CIOs, CTOs, CISOs and procurement teams.
- Understand customer requirements and propose relevant technology solutions.
- Prepare and present commercial/technical proposals and coordinate with presales teams.
- Negotiate commercials and close business deals.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and achieve sales targets.

Preferred Solution Experience Candidates with sales experience in one or more of the following areas are preferred:

- Networking – Cisco,



switches, routers, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN
- Cybersecurity – Firewall, EDR/XDR, SIEM, SASE, VAPT
- Servers & Storage
- Cloud – AWS, Azure, GCP
- Microsoft Solutions
- Backup & Disaster Recovery
- Data Centre / IT Infrastructure
- Managed Services / AMC / IT Solutions
- Multi-vendor Technology Solutions

Candidate Profile

- 4–12 years of proven experience in Business Development / B2B Technology Sales / Enterprise Sales.
- Strong new business development and hunting experience.
- Experience handling enterprise clients and achieving revenue targets.
- Solid communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Candidates from IT Solutions, Technology Sales, OEM, VAR, Channel or System Integrator backgrounds are preferred.

Multiple positions available across different experience levels and salary bands. Immediate/short notice candidates will be preferred.
