Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Ghaziabad for a Bathtub and SPA Manufacturing Supervisor. The supervisor will oversee daily manufacturing operations on the shop floor, including managing production teams, assigning tasks and monitoring workflow for bathtub and spa product lines.

Responsibilities include planning and scheduling production, ensuring adherence to quality standards, coordinating raw material and component availability and maintaining equipment and work areas. The role involves inspecting finished products, resolving production issues, documenting production data and enforcing safety and compliance procedures.



The supervisor will collaborate with management, procurement and quality teams to improve processes, reduce waste, and meet delivery timelines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills to lead production teams, manage performance, and ensure adherence to safety and company policies.
- Candidates should possess Production Planning and Manufacturing Operations skills to organize workflows, allocate resources, and meet output and delivery targets.
- Candidates should possess Quality Control skills to inspect materials and finished products, identify defects, and implement corrective actions.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams, report issues, and provide clear instructions to staff.
- Experience in bath fittings, sanitaryware, or similar manufacturing environments is beneficial.
- Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of manufacturing safety standards, basic lean manufacturing practices, and equipment handling is an advantage.
- Ability to work in an in office industrial setting, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accuracy under time constraints.
