Role Details

- Strong experience in SAP BASIS Administration.
- Positive communication skills
- Perform day-to-day SAP BASIS administration activities across SAP S/4HANA, ECC, BW, PI/PO, Solution Manager, and related systems.
- Hands-on experience with SAP System Refresh and System Copy activities.
- Experience in Remote Client Copy
- Coordinate refresh activities with functional, business, and infrastructure teams
- Perform pre-refresh and post-refresh validation activities.
- Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager 7.2 and ChaRM.
- Solution Manager job scheduling
- Manage transports, RFC connections, SAP kernel upgrades, support package implementations, and parameter maintenance.
- Investigate job failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
- Support SAP security compliance,



certificate management, and system audits.
- Knowledge of Transport Management System (STMS).
- Experience with SAP HANA
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Knowledge on BTP and cloud connectors
- Familiarity with Incident Management, Change Management, and ServiceNow.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW, SAP PI/PO, and SAP Solution Manager.
- Exposure to Cloud environments such as Azure, RISE with SAP, or SAP HEC.
- Ensure SLA adherence for incidents, service requests, and change activities.
- Coordinate with SAP support and external vendors for issue resolution
