Bartender – Restaurant

Role: Bartender – Restaurant

Experience: 1–4 years in Restaurant / Bar / Hotel Industry

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, spirits, beer, wine, and other beverages.
- Take customer orders and provide prompt and qualified beverage service.
- Prepare drinks as per standard recipes, portion sizes, and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain bar setup, mise en place, and all required bar supplies.
- Maintain proper stock of beverages, mixers, garnishes, and bar accessories.
- Monitor inventory, wastage, and expiry of bar products.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards at the bar.
- Operate and maintain bar equipment and tools properly.
- Handle customer queries and recommend beverages based on preferences.
- Coordinate with the restaurant and kitchen team for smooth service.




- Maintain daily bar records, stock reports, and sales-related documentation.
- Follow responsible beverage service and restaurant policies.

Required Skills:

- Good knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, and beverage preparation.
- Knowledge of bar tools, equipment, and mixing techniques.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Professional grooming and a pleasant personality.
- Ability to work efficiently during busy restaurant hours.
- Good teamwork and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of inventory and stock management.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
