About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and service-oriented Barista & Mocktail Specialist to join our premium fine-dining restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for specialty coffee, creative non-alcoholic beverages, and exceptional guest service.

You will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, mocktails, specialty beverages, and other refreshments while maintaining the refined standards and presentation expected in a premium dining environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesBarista Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve espresso-based beverages including espresso, Americano, cappuccino, latte, flat white, mocha, and specialty coffees.
- Operate and maintain professional coffee machines, grinders, and related equipment.
- Ensure proper coffee extraction, milk texturing, latte art, and consistent beverage quality.
- Maintain appropriate coffee recipes, portion control, and presentation standards.
- Monitor coffee beans, milk, syrups, garnishes, and other beverage inventory.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and equipment.
- Understand and follow food safety and hygiene standards.

Mocktail & Beverage Responsibilities
- Prepare a wide range of premium mocktails, coolers, fresh juices, smoothies, iced teas, and specialty beverages.
- Create visually appealing and innovative non-alcoholic beverages in line with the restaurant's concept.
- Follow standard recipes while maintaining consistency in taste, appearance, and portion size.




- Demonstrate knowledge of ingredients, flavors, garnishes, syrups, bitters, infusions, and beverage techniques.
- Assist in developing new mocktail and specialty beverage recipes.
- Ensure every beverage is presented elegantly and served at the correct temperature.

Guest Service
- Provide warm, professional, and personalized service to guests.
- Understand guest preferences and confidently recommend suitable coffee and beverage options.
- Explain ingredients and preparation methods when requested.
- Handle special beverage requests and dietary requirements professionally.
- Coordinate effectively with the service team, kitchen, and management to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times.

Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should have:
- Previous experience as a Barista, Mixologist, Mocktail Specialist, or Beverage Associate, preferably in a premium hotel, fine-dining restaurant, café, or luxury hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso techniques.
- Positive knowledge of mocktails, fresh beverages, syrups, garnishes, and presentation.
- Excellent attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, courteous, and guest-focused attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently during busy service periods.
- Willingness to learn new beverage techniques and continuously improve skills.
- Professional grooming and presentation.
