Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, lead the team, and ensure excellent guest experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and operational skills with a good understanding of F&B; service.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
- Lead, train, and supervise restaurant staff.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, service, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service escalations professionally.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, wastage, and operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and daily task allocation.
- Coordinate with Kitchen, Bar, Purchase, Finance, and other departments.
- Monitor sales, revenue,



and restaurant performance.
- Drive upselling and support achievement of business targets.
- Conduct regular briefings and ensure effective team communication.

Requirements

- 3–6 years of experience in restaurant or F&B; operations.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Good knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards.
- Ability to handle pressure and resolve operational issues efficiently.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work versatile shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
